Noah Cappe spent the better part of a decade as one of the most recognizable faces in North American food television.

As host of Carnival Eats, he travelled fairgrounds and festivals across the continent for ten seasons, turning deep-fried excess into appointment viewing for audiences in both Canada and the US, where the show aired on Cooking Channel and Great American Family. The role made him a genuine household name in Canadian food TV, and it worked because of what he brought to it: real enthusiasm, quick comic timing, and a total absence of pretension about what he was eating.

He has since hosted Best Bite in Town for Food Network, where he assembled a rotating panel of chefs to hunt down standout dishes across America, along with Wall of Chefs on Food Network Canada.
