That's what we're building here.
A role where you use everything — not just the camera stuff. The instincts, the people skills, the creative thinking — all of it. What it actually looks like? That's a better conversation than a job post.
I'm the founder of a marketing agency with an entirely different take on how agencies should work — and I imagine you and I likely share some similar views.
How it Works
You get paid from day one. We start light — one or two clients — and it scales as we grow. The model works extremely well when the right people are in it.
