Bryan Hannon built a wellness business the hard way, by needing it first.
He grew up in Lucan, a village outside Dublin, and found sport at seven years old. Rugby carried him through his youth and followed him to Canada, where he played for the Burlington Centaurs. Fitness became the throughline of his working life too. He trained clients at F45 and coached strength, conditioning, and boxing at Oakville Boxing Academy.
In 2023 he made a decision that reshaped everything after it. Bryan got sober, and in doing so he went all in on recovery as a discipline rather than an afterthought: sleep, nutrition, training, and the physical practices that let a body handle real load. A trip to Bali crystallized the idea, and Trinity Sauna was born from it.
Trinity Sauna, a contrast therapy facility built around saunas, cold plunge, yoga, massage, and a full recovery room. It has become one of the city's genuine community wellness spaces, and the reviews say the same thing over and over: Bryan is the reason. He walks people through their first cold plunge, encourages them past what they thought they could do, and remembers their names when they come back.
He competes in HYROX and CrossFit, which keeps him honest about what he recommends. He also hosts Cave Confessions, a series built on the kind of unguarded conversation the wellness space usually avoids.
What Bryan offers brands is unusual: he's a founder, an athlete, and a host at once, with a physical location where a campaign can actually be filmed and a Hamilton community that shows up because of him personally.
